1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Qatar360 Inc. ("Qatar360") welcomes you. Qatar360provides its service to you subject to the following Terms of Service("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without noticeto you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at:http://www.Qatar360.com/docs. In addition, when using particular Qatar360 ownedor operated services, you and Qatar360 shall be subject to any postedguidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from timeto time. All such guidelines or rules (including but not limited to our SpamPolicy) are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. Qatar360 may alsooffer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Qatar360 provides users with access to a rich collection ofresources, including various communications tools, forums, shopping services,search services, personalized content and branded programming through itsnetwork of properties which may be accessed through any various medium or devicenow known or hereafter developed (the "Service"). You also understandand agree that the Service may include advertisements and that theseadvertisements are necessary for Qatar360 to provide the Service. You alsounderstand and agree that the Service may include certain communications fromQatar360, such as service announcements, administrative messages and theQatar360 Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part ofQatar360 membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhancethe current Service, including the release of new Qatar360 properties, shall besubject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided"AS-IS" and that Qatar360 assumes no responsibility for thetimeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communicationsor personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to theService, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet serviceprovider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, includingthose fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. Inaddition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary toaccess the Service.
Please be aware that Qatar360 might create certain areas onthe Service that contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 yearsof age to access and view such areas.
3. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the Service, you representthat you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a personbarred from receiving services under the law or other applicable jurisdiction.You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete informationabout yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (the"Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update theRegistration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If youprovide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete,or Qatar360 has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue,inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Qatar360 has the right to suspend orterminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of theService (or any portion thereof). Qatar360 is concerned about the safety andprivacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents ofchildren under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to theService must create a Qatar360 Family Account. When you create a Qatar360Family Account and add your child to the account, you certify that you are atleast 18 years old and that you are the legal guardian of the child/childrenlisted on the Qatar360 Family Account. By adding a child to your Qatar360Family Account, you also give your child permission to access many areas of theService, including, email, message boards and instant messaging (among others).Please remember that the Service is designed to appeal to a broad audience.Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determinewhether any of the Service areas and/or Content (as defined in Section 6 below)are appropriate for your child.
4. Qatar360 PRIVACY POLICY
Registration Data and certain other information about you issubject to our Privacy Policy. For more information, see our full privacypolicy at http://privacy.Qatar360.com/, or if you came from Qatar360ligans,then see our Qatar360ligans privacy policy at http://www.Qatar360ligans.com/docs/privacy/.You understand that through your use of the Service you consent to thecollection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information,including the transfer of this information to any countries for storage,processing and use by Qatar360 and its affiliates.
5. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation uponcompleting the Service's registration process. You are responsible formaintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fullyresponsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Youagree to (a) immediately notify Qatar360 of any unauthorized use of yourpassword or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that youexit from your account at the end of each session. Qatar360 cannot and will notbe liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with thisSection 5.
6. MEMBER CONDUCT
You understand that all information, data, text, software,music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, arethe sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. Thismeans that you, and not Qatar360, are entirely responsible for all Content thatyou upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service.Qatar360 does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, doesnot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Youunderstand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that isoffensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Qatar360 beliable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors oromissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as aresult of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise madeavailable via the Service.
You agree to not use the Service to:
a. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make availableany Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious,defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful,or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
b. harm minors in any way;
c. impersonate any person or entity, including, but notlimited to, a Qatar360 official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely stateor otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
d. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers inorder to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
e. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make availableany Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law orunder contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information,proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part ofemployment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
f. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make availableany Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright orother proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
g. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make availableany unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junkmail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramidschemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (suchas shopping) that are designated for such purpose (please read our completeSpam Policy);
h. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make availableany material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, filesor programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of anycomputer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
i. disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to"scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, orotherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability toengage in real time exchanges;
j. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers ornetworks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures,policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
k. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicablelocal, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to,regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, anyrules of any national or other securities exchange, including, withoutlimitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or theNASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
l. provide material support or resources (or to conceal ordisguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support orresources) to any organization(s) designated by the government as a foreign terroristorganization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
m. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or
n. collect or store personal data about other users inconnection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs athrough m, above.
You acknowledge that Qatar360 may or may not pre-screenContent, but that Qatar360 and its designees shall have the right (but not theobligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any Contentthat is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Qatar360 andits designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOSor is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear allrisks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on theaccuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, youacknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by Qatar360 orsubmitted to Qatar360, including without limitation information in Qatar360Message Boards and in all other parts of the Service.
You acknowledge, consent and agree that Qatar360 may access,preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do soby law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure isreasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS;(c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties;(d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights,property or personal safety of Qatar360, its users and the public.
You understand that the technical processing andtransmission of the Service, including your Content, may involve (a)transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt totechnical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You understand that the Service and software embodied withinthe Service may include security components that permit digital materials to beprotected, and that use of these materials is subject to usage rules set byQatar360 and/or content providers who provide content to the Service. You may notattempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into theService. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution orpublic exhibition of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or inpart, is strictly prohibited.
7. SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree tocomply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content.Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding thetransmission of technical data exported from any country in which you reside.
8. CONTENT SUBMITTED OR MADE AVAILABLE FOR INCLUSION ON THESERVICE
Qatar360 does not claim ownership of Content you submit ormake available for inclusion on the Service. However, with respect to Contentyou submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of theService, you grant Qatar360 the following worldwide, royalty-free andnon-exclusive license(s), as applicable:
* With respect to photos, graphics, audio or video yousubmit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible area of theService other than Qatar360 Groups, the license to use, distribute, reproduce,modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on theService solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted or madeavailable. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue toinclude such Content on the Service and will terminate at the time you removeor Qatar360 removes such Content from the Service.
* With respect to Content other than photos, graphics, audioor video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessibleareas of the Service other than Qatar360 Groups, the perpetual, irrevocable andfully sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt,publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (inwhole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other works in anyformat or medium now known or later developed.
"Publicly accessible" areas of the Service arethose areas of the Qatar360 network of properties that are intended by Qatar360to be available to the general public. By way of example, publicly accessibleareas of the Service would include Qatar360 Message Boards and portions ofQatar360 Groups, Photos and Briefcase that are open to both members andvisitors. However, publicly accessible areas of the Service would not includeportions of Qatar360 Groups that are limited to members, Qatar360 servicesintended for private communication such as Qatar360 Mail or Qatar360 Messenger,or areas off of the Qatar360 network of properties such as portions of WorldWide Web sites that are accessible via hypertext or other links but are nothosted or served by Qatar360.
9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Qatar360 and itssubsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensorsharmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, madeby any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmitor otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, yourconnection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of anyrights of another.
10. NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade,resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service(including your Qatar360 ID), use of the Service, or access to the Service.
11. GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
You acknowledge that Qatar360 may establish generalpractices and limits concerning use of the Service, including withoutlimitation the maximum number of days that email messages, message boardpostings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Service, the maximumnumber of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account on theService, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from orreceived by an account on the Service, the maximum disk space that will beallotted on Qatar360's servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times(and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Service in a givenperiod of time. You agree that Qatar360 has no responsibility or liability forthe deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or otherContent maintained or transmitted by the Service. You acknowledge that Qatar360reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended periodof time. You further acknowledge that Qatar360 reserves the right to modifythese general practices and limits from time to time.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Qatar360 reserves the right at any time and from time totime to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or anypart thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Qatar360 shall not beliable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension ordiscontinuance of the Service.
13. TERMINATION
You agree that Qatar360 may, under certain circumstances andwithout prior notice, immediately terminate your Qatar360 account, anyassociated email address, and access to the Service. Cause for such terminationshall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the TOS orother incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement orother government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated accountdeletions), (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or anypart thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f)extended periods of inactivity, (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegalactivities, and/or (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection withthe Services. Termination of your Qatar360 account includes (a) removal ofaccess to all offerings within the Service, including but not limited toQatar360 Mail, Groups, Messenger, Chat, Domains, Personals, Auctions, MessageBoards, Greetings, Alerts and Games, (b) deletion of your password and allrelated information, files and content associated with or inside your account(or any part thereof), and (c) barring of further use of the Service. Further,you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Qatar360's solediscretion and that Qatar360 shall not be liable to you or any third party forany termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to theService.
14. DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS
Your correspondence or business dealings with, orparticipation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service,including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any otherterms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings,are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Qatar360 shall notbe responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as theresult of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of suchadvertisers on the Service.
15. LINKS
The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, linksto other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Qatar360 has no controlover such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Qatar360 is notresponsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and doesnot endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising,products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Youfurther acknowledge and agree that Qatar360 shall not be responsible or liable,directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be causedby or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods orservices available on or through any such site or resource.
16. Qatar360'S PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessarysoftware used in connection with the Service ("Software") containproprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicableintellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree thatContent contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to youthrough the Service or by advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks,service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except asexpressly authorized by Qatar360 or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent,lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Serviceor the Software, in whole or in part.
Qatar360 grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusiveright and license to use the object code of its Software on a single computer;provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify,create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwiseattempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a securityinterest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not tomodify the Software in any manner or form, nor to use modified versions of theSoftware, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtainingunauthorized access to the Service. You agree not to access the Service by anymeans other than through the interface that is provided by Qatar360 for use inaccessing the Service.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
A. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICEIS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.Qatar360 AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS,PARTNERS AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHEREXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
b. Qatar360 AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEETYOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE ORERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICEWILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES,INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICEWILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BECORRECTED.
c. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THEUSE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BESOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THATRESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
d. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN,OBTAINED BY YOU FROM Qatar360 OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANYWARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TOS.
e. A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF USERS MAY EXPERIENCE EPILEPTICSEIZURES WHEN EXPOSED TO CERTAIN LIGHT PATTERNS OR BACKGROUNDS ON A COMPUTERSCREEN OR WHILE USING THE SERVICE. CERTAIN CONDITIONS MAY INDUCE PREVIOUSLYUNDETECTED EPILEPTIC SYMPTOMS EVEN IN USERS WHO HAVE NO HISTORY OF PRIORSEIZURES OR EPILEPSY. IF YOU, OR ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY, HAVE AN EPILEPTIC CONDITION,CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO USING THE SERVICE. IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USEOF THE SERVICE AND CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY OF THEFOLLOWING SYMPTOMS WHILE USING THE SERVICE: DIZZINESS, ALTERED VISION, EYE ORMUSCLE TWITCHES, LOSS OF AWARENESS, DISORIENTATION, ANY INVOLUNTARY MOVEMENT,OR CONVULSIONS.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Qatar360 AND ITSSUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORSSHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FORLOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IFQatar360 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:(i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENTOF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION ORSERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTEREDINTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OFYOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ONTHE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
19. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAINWARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL ORCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF SECTIONS17 AND 18 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
20. SPECIAL ADMONITION FOR SERVICES RELATING TO FINANCIALMATTERS
If you intend to create or join any service, receive orrequest any news, messages, alerts or other information from the Serviceconcerning companies, stock quotes, investments or securities, please read theabove Sections 17 and 18 again. They go doubly for you. In addition, for thistype of information particularly, the phrase "Let the investorbeware" is apt. The Service is provided for informational purposes only,and no Content included in the Service is intended for trading or investingpurposes. Qatar360 and its licensors shall not be responsible or liable for theaccuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or madeavailable via the Service, and shall not be responsible or liable for anytrading or investment decisions based on such information.
21. NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES
You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided inthis TOS, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.
22. NOTICE
Qatar360 may provide you with notices, including thoseregarding changes to the TOS, by email, regular mail or postings on theService.

24. NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT ORINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT
Qatar360 respects the intellectual property of others, andwe ask our users to do the same. Qatar360 may, in appropriate circumstances andat its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may berepeat infringers. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way thatconstitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights havebeen otherwise violated, please provide Qatar360's Copyright Agent thefollowing information:
1. an electronic or physical signature of the personauthorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectualproperty interest;
2. a description of the copyrighted work or otherintellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
3. a description of where the material that you claim isinfringing is located on the site;
4. your address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief thatthe disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or thelaw;
6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, thatthe above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyrightor intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright orintellectual property owner's behalf.

25. GENERAL INFORMATION
Entire Agreement. The TOS constitutes the entire agreementbetween you and Qatar360 and governs your use of the Service, superseding anyprior agreements between you and Qatar360 with respect to the Service. You alsomay be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you useor purchase certain other Qatar360 services, affiliate services, third-partycontent or third-party software.
Choice of Law and Forum. The TOS and the relationshipbetween you and Qatar360 shall be governed by the laws of the State ofCalifornia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Qatar360agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courtslocated within the county of Santa Clara, California.
Waiver and Severability of Terms. The failure of Qatar360 toexercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute awaiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found by acourt of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agreethat the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions asreflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in fullforce and effect.
No Right of Survivorship and Non-Transferability. You agreethat your Qatar360 account is non-transferable and any rights to your Qatar360ID or contents within your account terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of acopy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contentstherein permanently deleted.
Statute of Limitations. You agree that regardless of anystatute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of orrelated to use of the Service or the TOS must be filed within one (1) yearafter such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
The section titles in the TOS are for convenience only andhave no legal or contractual effect.
26. VIOLATIONS
Please report any violations of the TOS to our Customer Caregroup.
